VP, Legal Systems and Operations - Ironclad

Annual base salary: $120,000–$150,000

What you will do

• Own Ironclad configuration, ongoing improvements, and adoption across Legal teams and business units.
• Design, manage, and oversee integrations between Ironclad, Salesforce, Workday, and other enterprise systems.
• Support end-to-end legal and contract lifecycle processes through reliable system integrations and data flows.
• Build reporting, dashboards, and departmental metrics to improve operational insights and decision-making.
• Analyze, map, and validate data across systems while supporting data quality controls and governance.
• Partner with Legal leadership, internal stakeholders, and technology partners on Legal systems and procurement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a relevant field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 8+ years of industry or relevant experience, including experience supporting Legal operations, enterprise systems, data analysis, or system integrations.
• Typically 2+ years in an AVP-level role or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in legal operations or systems integration.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management, BI tools, AI tools, and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with Ironclad, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and related Legal or enterprise platforms.
