Transformation - Workday Senior Associate

What you will do

• Support full life cycle Workday implementations across planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Document business requirements, system designs, transformation goals, and support procedures.
• Configure Workday applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state processes, including scenarios, flow maps, and prototypes.
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions for end users.
• Deliver client projects while meeting utilization and billing targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Workday Technology, MIS, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of related experience in consulting or a similar function serving cross-industry clients.
• Experience with full life cycle implementation of Workday or similar applications.
• Experience installing, configuring, and implementing Workday applications.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles, key metrics, and reports.
• Ability to travel to client sites on short notice, with expected travel of up to 40%.
