Project Manager/Product Owner (AI)

Location: Based in Dallas, Texas, United States. Domestic relocation assistance is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year.

What you will do

• Manage project planning and execution from concept through prototype, pilot, implementation, and follow-up.
• Develop project schedules and use project management tools for reporting, tracking, checklists, and scheduling.
• Lead change management and support timely decision-making across project teams.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the Product Backlog according to business value.
• Communicate backlog priorities and product vision to Scrum teams and technical product management.
• Make decisions about product features and help Scrum teams meet sprint objectives.

Requirements

• Strong Product Ownership experience.
• Extensive experience using Azure DevOps is required.
• Knowledge of decision-making, critical thinking, organizational leadership, and problem management.
• Experience with change control and managing related projects within a program.
• Knowledge of mission control, fleet management, APIs, user experience, service orchestration, digital services, and customer workflows.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Knowledge of Confluence and Power BI.
