Salary: $61,000–$71,000 per year, based on experience

What you will do

• Monitor pharmaceutical finished-goods inventory across the distribution network and support product availability and optimal inventory levels.
• Analyze inventory positions and recommend balancing actions to improve inventory turns and reduce excess, obsolete, short-dated, and quarantined inventory.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between distribution centers and support product-expiration and approved disposition activities.
• Monitor supply risks, shortages, and excess inventory, communicating recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare inventory analyses, reports, dashboards, and KPIs for the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Distribution, Customer Service, Quality, Finance, and other teams to improve inventory accuracy, material flow, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations management, logistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, inventory management, or a related area preferred.
• Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, inventory management, demand and supply planning, and inventory control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, root cause analysis, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and familiarity with inventory metrics are preferred. Applicants must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. Effective English communication is required.
