Program Delivery Lead (Medicare Advantage)

Location: Remote in the NY/NYC metro area, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $138,200–$190,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and manage the annual Medicare Advantage bid plan, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and CMS deadlines.
• Coordinate governance forums, executive meetings, workshops, agendas, pre-read materials, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Identify program risks, issues, and dependencies; monitor program health and facilitate mitigation or escalation.
• Align Product, Finance, Actuarial, Markets, Quality, Compliance, Strategy, and executive stakeholders throughout the bid cycle.
• Coordinate new plan expansion strategies with strategic partners and support bid process retrospectives and continuous improvement.
• Prepare executive presentations, program updates, risk communications, talking points, and Board meeting preparation materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, strategy, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing executive-level meetings, governance forums, or strategic planning processes.
• Strong influence without direct authority, facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, organization, planning, and execution skills.
• Experience developing executive presentations and written communications.

Nice to have

• Experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, healthcare product development, regulated operations, or CMS requirements.
• Experience leading enterprise PMO, governance, transformation, or annual planning initiatives.
• MBA, MHA, MPH, or a related advanced degree.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Change Management certification.
• Direct experience working with executive leadership teams.
