Location: Helena, Montana; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Base pay: $102,000–$184,300 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Create business insights, analytical datasets, and reports supporting divisional strategy and research needs.
• Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, patterns, and factors influencing business outcomes.
• Design reporting tools and actionable analysis in collaboration with divisional data teams.
• Provide high-level consultation and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Lead cross-functional teams or projects addressing reporting and business insight needs.
• Verify report accuracy and build strategic relationships with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting, or 7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• Experience with SQL, SAS, Teradata, or other reporting tools and languages.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in written and verbal form.
• Experience working with internal and external data and solving complex business problems independently.

Nice to have

• Oracle financial data analysis experience.
• Experience with Workiva, Sungard, or FIS.
• Experience in a regulatory setting or with financial reporting.
