Data & Reporting Senior Associate (CRE Servicing)

Location: Remote US

Annual base salary: $100,000–$140,000, with potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with business and technology teams to expand the enterprise reporting platform.
• Follow the software development lifecycle for the reporting platform.
• Create complex T-SQL statements, stored procedures, and queries to extract data.
• Build reports, data extracts, and visualizations for internal teams and clients.
• Review, improve, and ensure the quality of junior staff’s work while providing mentorship.

Requirements

• College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant industry or reporting experience, including experience in an Associate-level role or equivalent.
• Expertise in T-SQL and SSRS.
• At least 2 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience with CRE loan servicing, Enterprise!, and PNC/Midland CRE Servicing.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and the SDLC, plus strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
