Ops Reporting & Performance Analyst

Location: Hybrid, with three days per week in an office in Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Portland, Vancouver, Renton, Medford, Burlington, or Lewiston. Preference is given to candidates within commuting distance of Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, or Lewiston, or willing to relocate.

Expected hiring range: $73,500–$94,500 annually in Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho; North Dakota expected hiring range: $68,673–$86,588 annually. Full salary ranges are $65,000–$107,000 and $59,716–$95,546, respectively. Bonus target: 10%.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver reporting and analytics supporting operational needs across the division.
• Analyze complex data, identify root causes, surface operational issues, and recommend improvements to productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Apply knowledge of health plan operations, data sources, and cost containment strategies to support decision-making.
• Develop methodologies for new tasks, projects, and analytical challenges.
• Document business requirements, analytical methods, and work outputs.
• Assemble and distribute key data and insights while supporting cross-departmental collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field, or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in report preparation, project documentation, or policy and procedure writing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data mining tools and methods.
• Experience designing and delivering reporting and analytics, documenting business requirements, creating SOPs, and managing knowledge.
• Experience with project management, implementation delivery, operational issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and process improvement skills, with the ability to influence change and manage cross-functional teams.
