Accounts Payable Agent - Milan Office

What you will do

• Book vendor invoices and match amounts in the proprietary accounts payable system.
• Prepare payment schedules, issue payments, and update vendor statements.
• Reconcile and resolve problematic invoices while building effective vendor relationships.
• File invoices, statements, and accounting documents.
• Support cost accounting, billing, and miscellaneous Accounting Department projects.
• Communicate with local branches and internal Operations customers.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
• Good computer skills, including Word, Excel, and familiarity with PowerPoint.
• Strong organization, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a professional work ethic.
