Location: Hybrid in Dallas, Texas, United States, with remote work and regular in-person collaboration in the central Dallas corridor.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment from search launch and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff.
• Build diverse pipelines of active and passive candidates through modern sourcing, networking, and community engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and track pipeline health.
• Deliver timely communication, feedback, and a consistent candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and streamlined workflows in the ATS and recruiting technology stack.
• Represent the employer brand, negotiate offers, and support compliance with US employment laws.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for professional roles across technology, product, operations, and sales.
• Advanced passive-talent sourcing, creative outreach, and market-mapping skills.
• Direct experience with Workday ATS is required.
• Knowledge of modern US employment practices and inclusive hiring strategies.
• Strong communication, organization, negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
