Director, Corporate Strategy Group (Pharmaceuticals)

Location: Hybrid role requiring at least three days onsite each week, Tuesday through Thursday, in North Chicago, Illinois, United States.

Salary: $160,500–$305,000 base pay annually.

What you will do

• Facilitate enterprise discussions on external trends, competitor strategies, and potential disruptors.
• Translate market and competitive insights into strategic choices and corporate priorities.
• Lead high-priority strategic initiatives that support transformative change and future growth.
• Support long-range strategic planning, including preparation for discussions with the Board of Directors.
• Partner with and advise senior leaders on strategic topics across functional areas.
• Communicate hirify.global’s strategy clearly across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required; a PhD or another relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• At least three years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, including healthcare experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of financial concepts.
• Excellent oral, facilitation, and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear deliverables.
• Executive presence, comfort with ambiguity, and strong judgment.
