Director of Supply Chain Management (Manufacturing)

Location: Full-time in-office in Spanish Fork, Utah, United States, with occasional travel to domestic and international suppliers. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the supply chain organization across procurement and inventory control.
• Design and improve end-to-end supply chain processes and Oracle Fusion ERP infrastructure.
• Optimize demand planning, safety stock, inventory accuracy, and total inventory investment.
• Partner with R&D and Hardware Engineering on cost-effective sourcing and new hardware introductions.
• Develop strategic sourcing strategies, negotiate supplier agreements, and evaluate global and domestic suppliers.
• Establish supplier KPIs and mitigate quality, delivery, lead-time, market, and commodity-cost risks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, and inventory management.
• Experience in high-growth physical hardware or manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading and developing procurement, strategic sourcing, and inventory control teams.
• Deep experience partnering with R&D and engineering teams on new product introduction.
• Expertise in ERP systems, inventory management, demand planning, supplier negotiation, and cost analysis.
• Experience sourcing electro-mechanical components such as wiring harnesses, PCBs, cameras, batteries, and solar components.
