Business Analyst 2

Location: Hybrid in Duluth, Georgia; open to local candidates who can report directly to the Duluth Home Office

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Plan, develop, and implement projects in low-code environments for the Underwriting and Claims departments.
• Act as a subject matter expert for third-party applications and collaborate with vendors.
• Write business requirements, functional requirements, technical specifications, and other project documentation.
• Lead user testing and coordinate with internal teams to complete projects.
• Troubleshoot applications, provide production support, and maintain enhancement and backlog lists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, or equivalent business experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive analysis or information systems experience, including at least 2 years as a Business Analyst or in equivalent business and technical work.
• Experience developing in a low-code environment such as Firelight, Nautilus, OnBase, Pega, or a similar platform.
• Strong understanding of if/then statements and loops, analytical and problem-solving skills, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement and report to the Duluth Home Office as required.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities; SQL, Microsoft Access, and Jira experience are advantageous.
