Medical Equipment Project Manager (Medical Equipment)

Location: Dallas, United States; occasional travel to client and project sites in the US and Mexico is required.

What you will do

• Manage project scope, deliverables, budgets, proposals, invoicing, schedules, and document controls.
• Plan medical equipment procurement, maintain equipment lists, review specifications, quotes, drawings, pricing, and vendor proposals.
• Coordinate requisitions, purchase orders, vendor communications, lead times, deliveries, warehousing, and staging.
• Conduct value analysis, compare product costs and benefits, and obtain owner approvals.
• Coordinate site readiness, vendor pre-installation visits, equipment delivery, placement, installation, walk-throughs, punch lists, and acceptance testing.
• Coordinate vendor training and provide final documentation, contacts, order details, and closeout records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, biomedical engineering, supply chain management, business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in project management, medical equipment planning, procurement, or logistics management.
• At least 5 years of experience in medical equipment order management, planning, procurement, or specification.
• Familiarity with medical equipment products, manufacturers, suppliers, and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Experience with Attainia PLAN-IT or a similar medical equipment planning database.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PMP or CPSM certification.
