IT Consultant – Functional Lead, CMMS (Maximo)

What you will do

• Lead the global CMMS and calibration area for the Full Clone and Clean Project.
• Manage multiple global CMMS and calibration site implementations across timeline, scope, and budget.
• Coordinate the global CMMS and calibration team and supervise Maximo user access management.
• Analyze business requirements and processes, assess broader impacts and alternatives, and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate application enhancements, system, database, and operating system upgrades.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, quality, compliance, CAB stakeholders, IT partners, and external contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with CMMS and calibration systems; Maximo experience is strongly preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong functional expertise in CMMS, spare parts, and calibration.
• Spanish and English speaking and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Experience with SDLC, quality validation processes, functional specifications, analytical problem solving, and stakeholder collaboration.

Nice to have

• System validation experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
