HR Business Partner

Location: Remote - USA - Nationwide

Salary: $65,100–$108,500 annual U.S. national base pay; geographic differentials apply, with higher ranges for selected states and cities.

What you will do

• Partner with Recruitment, Talent, Learning and Development, Benefits, Payroll, Rewards, and Employee Relations teams.
• Develop, implement, and support HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Advise leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle as a consultative HR partner.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to business unit leaders.
• Drive initiatives that build and maintain a diverse and inclusive community.
• Organize and facilitate Talent Review processes, succession planning, and talent pipelining.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a General HR Business Partner.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• Passion for talent management and career development.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative approach to delivering projects and HR initiatives.
