Senior Electronics Engineer (Drones)

Builds a software and hardware platform for AI-powered autonomous drones and robots serving enterprise and government customers.

What you will do

• Design, prototype, and validate avionics PCBs, sensors, and electronic modules for next-generation drone platforms.
• Lead electronic designs from initial concepts through detailed design, verification, and manufacturing readiness.
• Define and execute PCB and product testing, including signal integrity analysis, EMC compliance, thermal cycling, mechanical shock testing, and HALT analysis.
• Create and maintain schematics, CAD drawings, bills of materials, assembly instructions, and repair manuals.
• Collaborate with test engineering, manufacturing, production, product management, and customer success teams to transition designs into volume production and improve products based on field feedback.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers while establishing hardware engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in PCB design and electronic product development, including prototyping, layout, and production transition.
• Expertise in high-density and mixed-signal PCB design with a strong understanding of signal and power integrity.
• Hands-on experience with PCB verification, signal integrity analysis, EMC troubleshooting, and electrical and mechanical validation.
• Experience collaborating across hardware and software teams, with strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Altium Designer.
