Hardware and Electronics Engineer (Aerospace)

hirify.global develops, designs, and produces small unmanned aerial systems, including electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft with edge computing and real-time AI-powered data processing for defence, security, and public-sector clients.

What you will do

• Design and develop mixed-signal, digital, and power electronic circuits.
• Define board-level requirements, test plans, schematics, PCB layouts, and production files in Altium Designer.
• Simulate circuits using tools such as LTspice and bring up prototypes according to test plans.
• Optimize, commission, troubleshoot, and validate electronic circuits and PCB prototypes.
• Define manufacturing instructions, support PCB quality assurance, and assist with CE and FCC certification processes.
• Set up test equipment, execute test procedures, and validate operating limits in environments such as climatic chambers.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
• Professional experience in electronics development and strong knowledge of electronics and digital circuitry.
• Experience with mixed-signal design, power electronics, and analog signal measurement.
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC and design for manufacturing for PCB design.
• Interest or experience in model aircraft, copters, robotics, or embedded systems.
• Professional communication in English is required.
