Principal Technical Leader for Automotive Systems Power (Automotive)

Location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany. On-site role; remote work is not available.

What you will do

• Set global technical direction and make complex system and design decisions across multiple integrated circuit development programs.
• Lead end-to-end design execution from requirements definition and architecture through silicon validation and production readiness.
• Translate requirements into architectures optimized for performance, power, area, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Drive verification, test, and validation strategies, aligning simulation results with silicon behavior and system-level performance.
• Coordinate design, verification, test, validation, quality, reliability, and applications engineering teams worldwide.
• Advance engineering methodologies, automation, documentation, and AI adoption while mentoring engineers and influencing technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of analog and/or mixed-signal IC design experience, including technical leadership of complex semiconductor products and system developments.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Expertise across system architecture, design, verification, validation, DFT, test, and production readiness.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional global teams.
• Ability to collaborate in multicultural environments and deliver high-quality results under demanding schedules.
