Operator (Medtech)

What you will do

• Welcome, assist, and guide members throughout their clinic visits.
• Perform clinical assessments including vital signs, grip strength, eye pressure, EKGs, point-of-care tests, and phlebotomy.
• Maintain exam rooms and follow infection-control standards.
• Document assessments accurately and update member records.
• Collaborate with Operators and clinical staff to improve workflows, quality, and clinic operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of clinical experience in a patient-facing role.
• Hands-on phlebotomy or venipuncture competency, plus EKG or vital-signs competency.
• Active CMA, CCMA, LPN, RMA, NCMA, NRCMA, or CPT certification from an accredited organization.
• Current Basic Life Support and First Aid certification through the American Heart Association.
• Customer service or hospitality experience in healthcare, retail, or another service industry.
• Comfort using clinical technology and AI-assisted workflows.

Nice to have

• Phlebotomy certification.
• Experience in private health assessment, concierge wellness, or high-volume primary care.
• Acute, hospital-based, ICU/HDU, urgent care, or general practice experience.
• Experience mentoring or teaching junior staff, students, or trainees.
