Front Desk/Clinical Assistant

What you will do

• Greet and room patients while creating a welcoming and efficient patient experience.
• Measure and document vital signs, patient history, and other clinical information.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist providers during patient visits.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect blood and urine samples.
• Support front-office administration, maintain accurate documentation, and follow clinical protocols.
• Provide compassionate, concierge-level patient service and exercise sound clinical judgment within the role's scope.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Completion of a formal Medical Assistant program plus at least 2 years of recent Medical Assistant experience, or at least 3 years of recent Medical Assistant experience gained through on-the-job training.
• Relevant military medic experience is also accepted.
• Strong patient care, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered clinical environment.

Nice to have

• Phlebotomy experience.
