Head of Wrap Installation Field Operations (Automotive)

Location: Remote; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Annual base pay: $141,000–$194,000 USD.

What you will do

• Build and launch a national wrap installation network across at least six regional centers in the United States.
• Develop staffing plans, partner capabilities, capacity models, standard work, quality systems, escalation processes, and performance routines.
• Create Lean operating systems focused on safety, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Design standardized training and certification programs for installers, team leads, and site leaders.
• Lead regional operations leaders and site management teams while developing workforce and career progression strategies.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Development, Customer Experience, and Quality teams; travel regularly to support launches, audits, coaching, and operational reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in field, manufacturing, service, aftermarket installation, or related operations leadership.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle wraps, automotive customization, graphics installation, aftermarket accessories, or comparable installation environments.
• Experience scaling multi-site operations and leading geographically distributed teams and large frontline workforces.
• Deep knowledge of Lean principles, standard work, visual management, flow, capacity planning, continuous improvement, and operational KPI management.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available. Extensive travel to field locations and new site launches is required.

• Advanced degree or Lean certification.
• Leadership experience in automotive, aftermarket, retail services, logistics, or field services.
