Senior Atlassian Data Center Administrator – Jira & Confluence

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid model with 2 days per week remote. Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.

What you will do

• Maintain the availability and performance of Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms.
• Handle advanced troubleshooting and reduce the number of major incidents.
• Define and execute controlled upgrades for Jira, Confluence, and plugins, including testing and validation.
• Manage Atlassian infrastructure with Linux, database, storage, load-balancing, and cluster-management teams.
• Maintain Atlassian governance, technical documentation, and integrations with ServiceNow and Splunk.
• Coordinate interaction between Atlassian Data Center and Cloud environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering Atlassian solutions, including at least 3 years with Atlassian Data Center.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence platform lifecycle management.
• Experience troubleshooting system issues and managing Linux servers, databases, and load balancers.
• Knowledge of Atlassian plugin management, including Exalate, and integrations with other systems.
• Experience with Atlassian administration governance and technical documentation.
• English at C1 level and existing legal right to work in the EU.

Nice to have

• Certifications related to Atlassian tools.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Cloud administration.
• French language skills.
