What you will do

• Provide application support for Java-based backend systems.
• Investigate and resolve incidents while coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain CI/CD and DevSecOps processes using Jenkins, XLD, and XLR.
• Work with Oracle databases, SQL views, and scripts.
• Apply Agile and Scrum practices to support delivery and continuous improvement.
• Use ServiceNow or Jira to track incidents and support activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• English proficiency at C1 level or B2+.
• Basic knowledge of Java, particularly backend technologies.
• Good experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps, including Jenkins, XLD, and XLR.
• Solid database and SQL knowledge, plus experience in incident management.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Control-M, CFT, MQ Series, FBTI, or XL Deploy.
• Functional interest in banking and trade finance.
