Fullstack Data Analyst (Fintech)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site

Base compensation: $160,000–$190,000 per year for New York City-based staff, plus equity and a performance bonus program.

hirify.global is building an AI-native operating system and SaaS platform for regulated finance, starting with mortgage servicing.

What you will do

• Collect and document project-level requirements from client data analysts.
• Establish data processes, tools, systems, and infrastructure for SaaS clients.
• Create reporting pipelines in dbt and migrate or build reports, dashboards, and SQL queries.
• Analyze client data to support operational and business decisions.
• Document, audit, and improve client datasets while responding to data requests.
• Represent hirify.global as a data schema and mortgage servicing expert while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of full-time experience in data analytics, product analytics, business analytics, or business intelligence.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Expert SQL skills required; Python experience is a plus.
• Experience with dbt and data visualization tools such as Hex, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Experience collaborating with data engineering teams and building data infrastructure.
• Ability to apply data and analytics concepts to business problems and work effectively under pressure.

• Experience in mortgage servicing.
