AI Champion (ASIC)

Location: Ottawa office with in-person attendance five days a week

Annual pay range: C$109,000–C$174,000

What you will do

• Drive AI adoption across ASIC design, verification, and physical design workflows.
• Create and implement AI use cases for RTL design, verification, scripting, documentation, and regression analysis.
• Develop repeatable AI workflows, guidance, guardrails, and standardized methodologies for reusable agents and skills.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools, applications, and agentic workflows from internal teams and external vendors.
• Collaborate with engineering, CAD, IT, and methodology teams to prioritize and deploy high-value AI applications.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote the sharing of AI-enabled workflow outcomes and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ASIC design, verification, or physical design environments.
• 2+ years of applying AI agents and skills in engineering workflows, including developing and deploying agent-based solutions.
• Experience presenting to management audiences.
• Experience applying project management practices to structured and disciplined workflows.
• Ability to work in person at the Ottawa office five days per week.
