Auto Claims Supervisor (Hybrid)

Salary: USD $106,000–$137,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor a claims unit to maintain accurate, high-quality results and production standards.
• Schedule, prioritize, and distribute workflow to meet deadlines.
• Audit procedures and controls for compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and state regulations.
• Provide technical assistance to claims staff and support departmental functions.
• Oversee accurate and timely processing of bulk billings and preparation of closed files for records retention.
• Identify potentially fraudulent claims for referral to the Special Investigations Unit, law enforcement, or regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency with standard business software, especially Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with HRIS and HRIS report writing.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• College degree preferred, or at least 2 years of claims experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience managing technical-level staff.
• 2–4 years of insurance rating experience.
