C Shift Decant Lead

Location: US - IN US8 Midwest Distribution Center, Mooresville, Indiana; onsite distribution-center role.

Salary: $24.13–$27.16 per hour

What you will do

• Lead and assign daily responsibilities to department associates under the direction of the Department Supervisor.
• Monitor attendance, scheduled breaks, lunches, staffing levels, incoming waves, and shift production requirements.
• Track associate performance, identify gaps against productivity goals, and provide retraining or coaching.
• Train team members on department procedures and verify that processes are completed accurately and safely.
• Maintain steady workflow within the department and coordinate with dependent fulfillment departments.
• Communicate operational issues to Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.

Requirements

• English: Must be able to read, write, and speak English for written and verbal workplace communication.
• Experience or ability to work under competing and conflicting priorities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn RF scanners and other required job tools, operate equipment, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Patience and ability to train and teach associates, solve problems, follow safety procedures, and understand department functions through training.
• Dependability, motivation, teamwork, self-direction, and willingness to cross-train outside the immediate department.
