Epic Applications Analyst (1-4): Digital Patient Experience (MyChart /Cheers )- IT Services - Full Time

Location: Remote - NH, United States. Monday-Friday during Eastern time business hours with some flexibility; participation in an on-call rotation is required. Occasional travel for Go-Live installations, training, or other business requirements may be necessary.

What you will do

• Implement, configure, develop, and maintain Epic Cheers and MyChart applications and associated third-party systems.
• Research and configure system improvements that increase efficiency, support workflows, and promote patient safety.
• Apply clinical and business knowledge to healthcare workflow and software design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, end users, and colleagues to provide application support and build effective partnerships.
• Manage projects and apply system development life cycle and project management principles.
• Create documentation, develop test scripts, and validate builds against departmental standards and end-user approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Prior Epic experience as an end user or analyst is required.
• Experience implementing and testing vendor-packaged software applications or healthcare operational experience in the relevant application area, depending on analyst level.
• Epic Applications Analysts 2-4 must have current Epic training status in the primary application; higher levels require additional current training statuses.
• Healthcare experience, analytical ability, system analysis, project management, and business process reengineering experience are required or preferred depending on level.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and computer-use skills are required. Completion of the Epic Sphinx test is part of the selection process.
