Production Control Coordinator (Aviation)

Location: Grand Prairie, Texas, United States; 95% onsite. The role also requires independent travel between the Grand Prairie facility and the DFW warehouse.

What you will do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound movement of materials between the DFW warehouse, production areas, carts, totes, and shipping.
• Manage received-part discrepancies and incoming and outgoing subcontract processing.
• Prepare completed components for customer return, including packaging, sealing, shipping documentation, and SAP transactions.
• Maintain material inventories according to shop requirements, including consumables.
• Apply shelf-life and First In, First Out inventory policies and coordinate invoicing and goods-receipt communication.
• Provide additional operational support, including preparation of strain-gauge shipments.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least one year of related material-control experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person under the ITAR definition: a U.S. citizen, green-card holder, or person covered under an existing ITAR license.
• Ability to work onsite and travel between the Grand Prairie facility and DFW warehouse; approximately 5% domestic and international travel is involved.
• Effective written and verbal communication, customer-service orientation, attention to detail, and familiarity with office procedures and PC use.
• English communication skills and technical proficiency with Microsoft products.
