Decision Analytics Consultant - Real World Evidence

Location: Hybrid in Princeton, New Jersey; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; or New York, New York. The role combines working from home with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices for the majority of the week and requires client-related travel as needed.

Salary: $160,000–$177,000 per year.

What you will do

• Use Real-World Data and Real-World Evidence analytics to support retrospective evidence generation for pharmaceutical clients.
• Work with clients and internal teams to define evidence needs, data sources, and analytical methods.
• Analyze patient-level datasets for evidence planning, HEOR studies, and budget impact modeling.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build expertise in RWD, RWE, HEOR, health economics, pharmaceutical products, and pipeline projects.
• Support the sale and delivery of retrospective evidence generation projects while contributing to team development.

Requirements

• Master’s, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Epidemiology, HEOR, or another quantitative, analytical, or health-related discipline.
• 6+ years of relevant full-time experience in RWD, RWE, HEOR, or related analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency with RWD, RWE, advanced analytics, and patient-level datasets.
• Experience with pharmaceutical clients, HEOR, budget impact modeling, or retrospective evidence generation.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, collaboration, and client-service skills.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship are required; visa sponsorship is not available.
