Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant - Real-World Evidence

Location: New York, New York; Princeton, New Jersey; or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. Hybrid work combines working from home with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices for most of the week. Client-facing work requires travel as needed.

Salary: $160,000–$177,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with pharmaceutical and biotech clients to generate and translate Real-World Evidence into actionable clinical, business, and strategic insights.
• Support evidence-generation initiatives across the pharmaceutical product lifecycle using Real-World Data.
• Work with project leaders, HEOR scientists, analytics experts, and cross-functional teams to shape analytical approaches and interpret findings.
• Analyze patient journeys, treatment patterns, outcomes, retrospective studies, and HEOR-related research.
• Synthesize data and research into clear recommendations for clients and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to RWE capability development, mentor junior team members, and support internal initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, or PhD in business, economics, life sciences, public health, epidemiology, health economics, statistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in RWE, HEOR, life sciences consulting, healthcare strategy, healthcare analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with pharmaceutical or biotech clients and familiarity with the pharmaceutical product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with RWD, RWE, HEOR, patient journey analytics, retrospective studies, or related evidence-generation work.
• Strong data fluency, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings to senior decision-makers.
• Fluent English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship are required.
