Base pay: $137,000–$235,750 per year.

What you will do

  • Lead global and regional cross-functional teams in market access assessments for new Biosurgery technologies.
  • Develop and execute market access, reimbursement, adoption, and evidence-of-value strategies.
  • Partner with strategic marketing, clinical research, medical affairs, R&D, epidemiology, and regional HEMA teams.
  • Lead burden-of-illness research, retrospective database studies, economic models, patient-reported outcomes, and quality-of-life analyses.
  • Generate global economic and clinical real-world evidence through payer database, EMR, time-and-motion, and quality improvement studies.
  • Develop global HEMA materials and economic tool templates, and support external engagement with hospital administrators, surgeons, and surgical societies.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree such as MS, MPH, PhD, MHA, or MBA in health economics, outcomes research, healthcare, or a related field.
  • At least 8–10 years of healthcare industry experience; MedTech experience is preferred.
  • Experience developing and executing market access strategies for innovative surgical technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of HEMA analytical methods, statistics, economic modeling, reimbursement, health policy, pricing strategy, and value-based programs.
  • Experience leading health economics or outcomes research from concept through publication, including vendor or consultant management.
  • Ability to work in matrix environments and collaborate with global teams across the USA, Canada, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of surgical procedures and medical and surgical service delivery.
  • Complex project and vendor management experience.
  • Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and intelligent automation techniques.
  • Strong stakeholder management and global market access experience.
