Evidence Generation Manager (Biotech)

Location: South San Francisco or Thousand Oaks, California, United States; hybrid work combining work from home with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices. Client-facing travel is required as needed.

Salary: $200,000–$229,500 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with life sciences and biotech organizations on data-driven strategies across the product lifecycle, from R&D through commercialization.
• Lead large-scale real-world data and evidence generation projects using data science and advanced analytics.
• Manage project teams and oversee the design, development, and delivery of client deliverables.
• Provide scientific and methodological direction for observational, retrospective, and prospective real-world evidence research.
• Coordinate project execution, client meetings, research analysis, recommendations, and evidence deliverable validation in a matrix environment.
• Develop presentation decks, technical reports, briefing books, conference abstracts, and publication manuscripts.

Requirements

• Approximately 6–8+ years of management consulting experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in evidence generation.
• MBA, PhD, or MD from a top university is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing clients at VP and C-suite levels.
• Demonstrated business development success.
• Strong communication, decision-making, analytical problem-solving, organization, and planning skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required.
