Implementation Consultant (Salesforce)

Location: Remote within the USA

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the hands-on implementation cycle for client projects under the guidance of an Engagement or Project Manager.
• Configure and deploy hirify.global solutions and Salesforce platform extensions through discovery, design, building, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in regular client calls and work directly with law-firm customers.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and present completed solutions to customers and technical designs to peers.
• Identify implementation best practices and share knowledge across the services organization.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience with Salesforce as an Administrator or Consultant.
• At least 1 year of Salesforce Automation experience with strong knowledge of Flow, including record-triggered flows, collections, loops, and third-party Lightning components.
• Expertise configuring Salesforce users, profiles, and roles.
• Experience migrating data from CSV, SOQL, or other systems using tools such as Apex Data Loader.
• Experience configuring Salesforce reports, dashboards, custom fields, page layouts, flows, and AppExchange applications.
• Ability to collaborate in a multifaceted team to resolve client inquiries and problems; self-starter and autonomous working style.

Nice to have

• Exposure to the legal industry and technology used by law firms.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 or DEV-401.
• Understanding of Salesforce products and cloud-based systems.
