Digital Consulting Associate, Salesforce Omni Developer (Salesforce OmniStudio)

Location: Washington, DC; primarily remote delivery with occasional travel as required by client or program needs. Must be based in the United States and be a US citizen.

Salary: $105,000–$130,000 estimated base salary per year, with total estimated compensation of $120,750–$149,500 including annual incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Design, develop, customize, maintain, and support Salesforce applications using declarative and programmatic capabilities.
• Build and support Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, including Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts, and FlexCards.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with product owners, architects, partner teams, and clients.
• Support platform transformation, application modernization, integrations, troubleshooting, defect resolution, performance tuning, and production support.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities and contribute across the full secure software development lifecycle.
• Maintain technical documentation and support audit readiness, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven enterprise experience as a Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Administrator, including hands-on Salesforce OmniStudio delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, data modeling, and relational databases.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and Bulk API integrations, as well as Visual Studio Code and Git.
• Understanding of Apex bulkification, governor limits, performance best practices, Agile delivery, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• One or more required certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Advanced Administrator. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain required federal background investigations, access credentials, badging, and secure system access.

Nice to have

• Experience with federal civilian agencies or similarly regulated environments.
• Experience with MuleSoft or similar middleware, Public Sector Solutions, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, privacy, access control, auditability, compliance, zero trust, secure development, Scaled Agile, or ITIL practices.
• Experience with application modernization and long-term sustainment programs in large distributed environments.
