Digital Consulting Senior Analyst, Salesforce Omni Developer (Salesforce)

Location: Primarily remote within the United States, with occasional travel as required by client or program needs. Washington, DC is listed as the role location.

Base salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive opportunity: $93,500–$104,500.

What you will do

• Design, develop, customize, maintain, and support Salesforce applications using declarative and programmatic capabilities.
• Build and enhance OmniStudio solutions, including Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts, and FlexCards.
• Gather requirements with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, partner teams, and client representatives, translating them into scalable technical solutions.
• Support platform modernization, integrations, troubleshooting, defect resolution, performance tuning, deployment, and production operations.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to secure delivery, audit readiness, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and be a US citizen. Dual citizenship must be disclosed because client pre-approval may be required.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain required federal background investigations, access credentials, badging, and secure system access.
• Proven enterprise experience as a Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Administrator, including hands-on Salesforce OmniStudio delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, data modeling, and relational databases.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and Bulk API integrations, as well as Visual Studio Code and Git.
• Understanding of Apex bulkification, governor limits, performance best practices, Agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal civilian agencies or other regulated environments.
• MuleSoft or similar middleware and integration platform experience.
• Familiarity with Public Sector Solutions, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, zero trust principles, secure development, cybersecurity, privacy, access control, auditability, and compliance.
• Experience with Scaled Agile, ITIL-aligned delivery, application modernization, and long-term sustainment programs.
