Senior B2B Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role with weekly in-person collaboration and team lunch at the Seattle office; candidates must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

Salary: $150K–$200K plus equity.

hirify.global is a SaaS startup building payment software that helps construction companies streamline finance and accounting operations.

What you will do

• Define and build software for finance and accounting leaders at midsize and large construction companies.
• Develop expertise in corporate cards, construction accounting, payables, and supported ERP systems.
• Expand product capabilities by solving challenges for construction accounts payable teams.
• Identify, define, and prioritize enhancements; communicate their value and establish success metrics.
• Coordinate feature development and releases while supporting customer onboarding and success.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and customer success on user experience and ERP integrations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience with a product serving external customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong customer empathy, ownership, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for building software for construction accounting.
• Authorization to work lawfully in the United States is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with construction accounting or construction ERP systems.
• Experience in fintech, payment processing, or the construction industry.
• Experience with ERPs such as Vista or Sage Intacct.
