Senior TA Capability & Adoption Partner

What you will do

• Design and deliver global hiring manager and interviewer training programmes.
• Create learning resources, toolkits, guides, and enablement materials supporting consistent hiring practices.
• Embed Talent Acquisition standards, governance, structured interviewing, and evidence-based assessment across the organisation.
• Drive adoption of Talent Acquisition processes and recruitment technology.
• Partner with TA leaders, recruiters, hiring managers, People Teams, and People Technology teams to resolve adoption barriers.
• Monitor behavioural change, adoption, and recruitment outcomes through data and insights.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, or a delivery-focused role, ideally in a complex matrix organisation.
• Strong understanding of structured interviewing, evidence-based assessment, hiring processes, recruitment technology, and stakeholder management.
• Experience designing, delivering, and facilitating interviewer or hiring manager training programmes.
• Experience implementing Talent Acquisition processes, operating model changes, and recruitment technology adoption.
• Ability to create practical training content for in-person, virtual, and remote delivery.
• Strong stakeholder and change management skills, including the confidence to challenge poor hiring practices.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing an interviewer certification programme.
• Training or qualifications in learning design, facilitation, or change management.
• Confidence working with AI-enabled recruitment technology.
• Global or multi-country Talent Acquisition experience.
