Warehouse Associate I

Location: Charlottesville, Virginia, United States; regular on-site attendance is required.

Salary: $19.00–$24.00 per hour

hirify.global is a Virginia-based contract manufacturing organization specializing in small-batch sterile injectable filling, packaging, labeling, laboratory services, and pharmaceutical support.

What you will do

• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against documentation.
• Inspect materials, report discrepancies, and complete receiving and release records.
• Store, organize, release, and transfer materials throughout the facility.
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Move materials and packages using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized warehouse and loading dock areas and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and solve problems proactively.
• Basic proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to read and write effectively and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work primarily on-site in a warehouse environment and wear a respirator and required personal protective equipment.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Previous warehouse, inventory management, receiving, or material handling experience.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP or inventory management system.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar warehouse equipment.
• Associate or bachelor's degree.
