What you will do
- Lead large and complex IT engagements, ensuring progress, delivery quality, and successful outcomes.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders, including participation in steering committee meetings.
- Advise clients, manage expectations, and support decisions throughout project delivery.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements and contribute to commercial growth.
- Coordinate with project teams and colleagues across to support delivery and continued client development.
Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering complex IT projects and solutions, with strong technical understanding.
- Proven experience leading large IT delivery projects using agile development methodologies.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the German public-sector market.
- Ability to advise clients, manage stakeholders, and develop trusted client relationships.
- Fluent German and English at a full professional level are required.
