Assoc Business Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Develop and prepare contracts, proposals, budgets, work orders, and master service agreement documents for assigned customers.
• Work with project teams and internal stakeholders to determine contract terms, customer requirements, and budget details.
• Coordinate customer and internal communications, lead requirement discussions, and identify discrepancies in customer information.
• Maintain proposal documents, contract databases, budget tools, corporate databases, files, and tracking reports.
• Perform quality-control edits and support the finalization and distribution of documents to customers and internal departments.
• Develop execution plans for new award preliminary contracts and help ensure timely completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and customer relationship-building skills.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and listening skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
