What you will do

• Support industry, competitor, and market trend analysis and prepare research reports.
• Assist Strategy & Business Development projects involving strategic planning, business development, innovation, desk research, and proposals.
• Analyze finance, operations, and market performance data and prepare visualized reports.
• Coordinate meetings, conference room bookings, document collection, cross-functional communication, and execution follow-up.
• Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Student at a top-tier university, preferably majoring in Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Economics, Finance, or Business; pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in a consulting firm, pharmaceutical company, or investment bank.
• Good English communication skills; reading and writing are mandatory.
• Available to attend 4–5 days per week for at least 4 months; long-term availability is preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, confidentiality, attention to detail, proactivity, teamwork, and willingness to learn and adapt.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python or SQL.
• Pharmaceutical experience in a Business-related background.
