What you will do

• Drive major group priorities and cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
• Identify business and execution problems, analyse the details, and drive practical solutions.
• Track priorities, decisions, and performance across businesses while ensuring clear ownership and follow-through.
• Lead initiatives involving new businesses, market expansion, organisational changes, and other group priorities.
• Analyse business performance, markets, and opportunities and convert findings into actions.
• Work across product, technology, finance, people, and operations, stepping in where ownership or execution is unclear.

Requirements

• Strong experience in a technology company, high-growth startup, strategy or operations role, top-tier consulting firm, or own startup.
• Track record of owning complex projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement, including the ability to work with data, financials, and business problems.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar businesses and functions quickly and work through detailed issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear, structured thinking.
• Hands-on operating style with the ability to analyse, build plans, and personally drive execution.
