Analyst Business Analytics

What you will do

• Analyze pricing, sales, competitor, and industry data and report findings to decision-makers.
• Develop pricing strategies, compile cost data, and prepare proposal pricing submissions.
• Create and maintain standard, ad hoc, sales, financial, and operational reports.
• Analyze business, financial, and product data to identify trends, unusual performance, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Inventory Management, Finance, product managers, and customers to support reporting and solution implementation.
• Monitor data accuracy, timeliness, and integrity and communicate identified inaccuracies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including basic functions, charts, Pivot Tables, and nested formulas.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions and drive improvements.
• Experience with SAP, SQL, and Tableau, plus relevant business reporting and costing tools.
• Strong time management skills, including prioritizing work, tracking details, and meeting multiple deadlines.
