What you will do

• Lead Dupixent field force effectiveness strategy, annual planning, resource forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Translate brand and commercial strategy into actionable field force effectiveness roadmaps and recommendations.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation, including automation, predictive targeting, intelligent territory design, and change management.
• Design and maintain analytical tools and dynamic simulation models for field force sizing and resource allocation.
• Govern territory alignment, target hospital and customer management, segmentation, objective setting, and allocation.
• Provide advanced analysis, operational support, performance tracking, FTE planning, and project supervision for business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s, PhD, or MBA is preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in field force effectiveness, preferably in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
• Strong knowledge of field force effectiveness tools, processes, analytical frameworks, and the China pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced Excel modelling and PowerPoint presentation skills, with strong analytical and project management capabilities.
• Ability to solve complex and changing situations, influence senior management, and work under pressure.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
