What you will do

• Lead Dupixent-specific field force effectiveness strategy, annual planning, resource forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Translate brand and commercial strategy into actionable field force roadmaps and conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Champion AI-powered tools, automation, predictive targeting, intelligent territory design, and change management in field force effectiveness.
• Design and maintain analytical tools, dynamic simulation models, and frameworks for field force sizing and resource allocation.
• Govern territory alignment, target hospital and customer management, segmentation, objective setting, and allocation processes.
• Provide advanced data analysis, performance tracking, FTE planning, routine and ad-hoc reporting, and operational support for business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s, PhD, or MBA is preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in field force effectiveness, preferably in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
• Strong knowledge of field force effectiveness tools, processes, analytical frameworks, and China’s pharmaceutical field-team environment.
• Strong Excel modelling and PowerPoint presentation skills, with advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Project management, cross-functional communication, stakeholder influence, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
