Senior Electrical Engineer (Advanced Semiconductor Packaging and Integration)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; travel required up to 25% of the time; relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $179,500.00–$246,500.00 per year, plus potential bonus and stock award compensation.

What you will do

• Apply deep expertise in advanced semiconductor packaging, integration, chip design, or silicon validation.
• Address complex technical issues across specific phases of the IC design process.
• Troubleshoot problems independently within the area of expertise and adjacent disciplines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Track complex program schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in at least one specialized discipline and broad knowledge of chip design and silicon validation.
• Experience with multiple tape outs.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently using advanced analytical judgment.
• Strong technical verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate technical viewpoints and collaborate across disciplines.
• Ability to work in Santa Clara, California, with up to 25% travel.
