RF & Systems Engineer (Semiconductor)

Salary: $110,500–$152,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, integrate, and optimize complex semiconductor manufacturing systems.
• Lead projects combining electrical, mechanical, physics, algorithms, and software design.
• Define system architectures, facilitate architecture reviews, and recommend final system solutions.
• Write detailed subsystem specifications and document equipment interfaces.
• Support system integration, product assembly, and final testing of new designs.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex engineering, serviceability, and manufacturability issues.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD/Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Physics, Plasma Physics, RF Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with system architecture, requirements analysis, specifications, integration, and testing.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior technical experts.
• Must work onsite in San Jose, California; relocation is not eligible.
