Elevate Functional Advisor (SaaS)

Location: Tunis, Tunisia; hybrid. The position is full-time and based in Tunisia, with occasional travel to client sites and flexible hours to accommodate customers in North America.

What you will do

• Advise live customers on improving processes and increasing operational efficiency.
• Analyze customer data and recommend ways to increase workflow automation.
• Guide customers on best-practice processes and product configuration.
• Explain new product features and their potential business impact.
• Support clients through feature testing and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Success colleagues globally.

Requirements

• Experience with cloud-based or SaaS IT systems.
• Experience in spend management, Source-to-Pay, or Purchase-to-Pay.
• Consulting or advisory experience in accounting.
• Structured working approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be based in Tunisia and willing to work flexible hours for North American customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV/Business Central, or Infor M3.
• Experience with PowerBI or other reporting tools.
• Bachelor of Science degree or higher.
• French language fluency.
