Product Owner - CX/Comms Value Delivery

What you will do

• Champion customer outcomes by shaping solutions that improve experiences and simplify customer journeys.
• Maintain a healthy Sprint Backlog, manage work in progress, monitor delivery metrics, and address blockers, dependencies, and risks.
• Own delivery execution and translate strategic objectives into measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, set squad priorities, and support high-performing delivery teams.
• Manage release preparation, readiness, deployment, quality, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate stakeholders across delivery areas and continuously improve Agile ways of working.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or in a similar Agile delivery role.
• Understanding of and interest in Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience managing delivery backlogs, sprint execution, and coordination across multiple teams and dependencies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira and Agile planning tools.
• Passion for delivering customer and business value through technology and change.
